The 3"x4" Flush-Fit Closet Flange without Knockout is a pipe fitting that both mounts a toilet to the floor and connects the toilet drain to a drain pipe. The flanges comes 3”x 4” pipe fit - over 3" pipe or inside 4" pipe. It is made with mounting slots on four sides of flange to allow precise alignment of water closet. It has four countersunk holes for secure attachment to floor.
