The 3" Spigot Closet Flange with Test Cap is a closet flange designed to fit inside 3" Sch40 DWV Hub (Elbow, Tee, Coupling, ect.). It is made with mounting slots on four sides of flange to allow precise alignment of water closet. It has four countersunk holes for secure attachment to floor.
